The house has three fully furnished bedrooms. 

• Room 1: Tiny Oak - One Queen Bed

• Room 2: Oyster Creek - One Queen Bed

• Room 3: Juniper Bay - Two Double Beds 

The house has a fully furnished kitchen, a large living room with a big screen TV, a garage with a pool table, an indoor porch area and a  wrap-around front porch.  There are also mulitple areas to park with ample room for a boat.

Granny's Farmhouse is located:

• 3 miles from the Swan Quarter/Ocracoke Ferry Terminal 

• 70 miles from Nags Head/Outer Banks 

• 30 miles east of Belhaven, NC

• 5 miles from Mattamuskeet Lake/ Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge

• 3 miles from Swan Quarter Wildlife Public Boat Ramp - Hydeland to Juniper Bay

• 4 miles from Swan Quarter Wildlife Public Boat Ramp to Pamlico Sound

• 4 miles from fresh local seafood

• 8 miles from Swan Quarter Wildlife Refuge/Bell Island Fishing Pier 

Whether you are in Swan Quarter to go hunting or fishing, catch the ferry, birdwatching at the refuge or just need a quiet place to get away, we would love to have you stay at our bed and breakfast. Our rates are $90/room/night + tax or you can rent the whole house for $240/night + tax.
